The Healthy Body

Health is NOT merely the lack of disease. Health is a balanced state of inner joy and freedom to grow, evolve, and develop in order to manifest our highest potential. Health is also harmony with nature and feeding our body only what nature has for us.


We have a powerful healing system within us. Our body is complex and will give us signs and signals when something is wrong and needs attention. When we ignore these signals further trouble in our bodies will manifest. If we attend to these signals naturally our body will thrive.


Many people believe that as we age, our health will decline. If you believe that is true then it will be true for you. However if you believe it is not true and you take good care of your health, then you will age with grace, ease and have an excellent quality of life right into your golden years.


Some of you are thinking right now that you have seen it first hand.  As your parents aged you watched their health decline.


Some of you may say it is happening to yourselves right now.  I believe it doesn’t have to be that way. The ancient Aztecs, and many other ancient peoples have proven that. There are many ancient peoples who lived healthy long active lives to ages as high as 250 years old. They all lived as part of nature and took very good care of their bodies.


Today, in my opinion, our health deteriorating with age is mostly from past abuse and not listening to our bodies. We do not have the obvious warning lights like a car does on its dashboard, and if we did, would we ignore them anyhow and just keep moving?


Here are some signs to watch for:



  •  fatigue

  • lack of energy

  • poor memory

  • constipation

  • cravings

  • poor sleep

  • mood swings

  • weight gain

  • bloating

  • skin issues

  • loss of hair

  • weak nails

  • bad breath

  • infections

  •  strange taste in your mouth


If we had these warnings sign on the dashboard of our cars, would we ignore them? Is the health of our car more important than the health of our body?


If our car stops running efficiently, we always find the money to fix it.  We will spend $300 or more to put our car on a computer to analyze what might be wrong with it.  Yet, when it comes to our own health, we let it go until there is almost no return to a healthy, vital, high quality life. Why is that?

Eat in moderation

Eat a minimum of 60% raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds every day

Introduce super foods to your diet, like Chia, Raw Cacao etc

Exercise regularly, 20 minutes a day

Regularly meditate to relieve stress

Get a reflexology treatment once a month

Get proper rest.  Sleep 6 to 8 hours every night

Cleanse your body of toxins regularly.  Do not ignore your body’s signals
