Healthy Lifestyle Resource Directory was created in 2001 to fill a void where telephone directories are greatly lacking. Each regional directory is a comprehensive and concise reference source that allows ready access to Alternative Therapies and holistic health care services. Many listed therapies and services do not appear in telephone directories. Without our directories, consumers cannot find vital health services they want or need.

More than just advertising, each regional edition of the Healthy Lifestyle Directory provides a year-long source of credible information, resources and contacts, both for health professionals and the public. Through our website, the wonderfully inspiring articles and information contained in Healthy Lifestyle Resource Directory may now be enjoyed by readers throughout North Amercia.
